  • Demand Confirmation (3-5 Working Days)
    ▸ Technical Review: Designers verify the feasibility of the design (special stitching/hardware structure, etc.) and provide modification suggestions. ▸ Requirement Confirmation: - Final Version of <Product Specification Sheet> - <Payment Agreement>
  • Sampling Stage (7 Days | Charging Policy)
    After receiving the customer's final requirements, we will make samples for the product. Different sampling fees will be charged based on the different manufacturing processes of the product. ▸ Delivery Content: 1 physical sample
  • Mass Production (30 Days | Progress Control)
    days 1-5 | Leather Cutting & Hardware Electroplating day 6-15|Hand Stitching & Lining Assembly Days 16-25| Hardware Installation & Edge Treatment Days 26-30| Full Inspection & Packaging & Inspection Video Shooting ▸ Time Buffer: It is recommended to reserve an additional 10% of the production time (to prevent force majeure factors such as weather and holidays).

    After the products are completed, we will conduct quality inspection to ensure every product meets your design standards. ▸ Standard Quality Inspection Process: - Full Inspection Items: Size, Stitching, Hardware Function, Logo Printing - Sampling Ratio: AQL 2.5 (in accordance with international standards)
  • Packaging & Logistics Delivery (FOB Terms)
    After completing quality inspection, we can provide customized packaging services for each product according to your requirements. For logistics, use your long-term freight forwarder or our qualified suppliers.
